This is a solid mug! The ceramic is thicker than some of the other mugs I've bought from amazon-- it actually retains heat and insulates it so you don't burn your hands holding it. The strainer is deep and wide, which is really good for rehydrating tea leaves and makes for easy cleaning as well. The lid does its job of keeping steam in while the leaves steep, then holding the strainer without spilling after the tea's brewed. Appearance-wise, the mug is as-pictured, including the color. It's plain but still attractive, with no cracks, chips or other cosmetic deficiencies. This mug has held up well with frequent, daily use, steeping tea at temps from 180-200F. I've had other mugs crack after a few weeks of that heavy use. This one may fail eventually, but I'm satisfied enough with the build quality that I wouldn't mind buying it again and I expect it to last a few months at least. Plus I like the range of colors! Might buy more anyway, just to have one as a backup in case this one "disappears" at work. Looking at you, Pam.

This is a very good product. It comes complete. With the strainer and a pot lid that doubles as a Holder for the strainer. It looks nice, works well, And has held up well, despite being knocked around A little bit over the past months.

I had some silicon infusers that were extremely disappointing, the tea was weak af because water couldn't penetrate enough of the leaves. So I decided to hunt for some infuser mugs and found these, and my faith is restored in loose leaf tea. I bought two, one in orange and the other red. The colors are very vibrant, and I love the size of these cups! The mug gets pretty toasty when filled, but the infuser and handle make it worth it. They're also super easy to clean, either by hand or in the dishwasher. The infuser is so easy to use and functions just like it's supposed too, it serves up a fantastic cup of tea! I'll be buying more to replace all my old mugs!

They are so cute! And arrived in perfect condition and the right color from what I chose!

I purchased two of these; the black one and the purple one. We noticed that the black one is slightly different in shape than the purple one; it's a little narrower. It still holds 12oz of beverage, it's just interesting that they're a little different. The tea steepers are really helpful and I love have the lid, it helps keep the mug nice and warm while I'm working. The mug doesn't get horribly hot to the touch which speaks to a high quality clay fired at high temperatures. The colours appear to be true to the listing (based on my partial colour blindness).

I love this cup. I love the weight of it and the feel of the handle which stays cool. The reason why I gave this four stars is because the lid is super hot while steeping and you have to be very careful to remove it so that you don’t burn your fingertips it would’ve been nice if it had like a little handle on it. With a great thing about the ceramic the cup itself, doesn’t have a smell or weird taste, and the design is amazing again it feels great to the hand. The tea is super hot brews very quickly and I absolutely love it. You will too. Oh sidenote, be careful with this mug this tea cup I feel like it’ll break easily. Hopefully, I won’t ever find out. No, I won’t ever find out.😉

Nice size, finished perfectly, excellent for my tea

This is my most favorite tea mug ever!! It keeps my tea warm and has the strainer insert for when I use loose leaf tea. Love the matching lid and the assortment of colors that it comes in. It is dishwasher safe and does well but I prefer to hand wash. It fits perfectly in my hand so well that I bought two, one for work and one for home.

These cups are understated and well made. I love the lid to keep my tea warm.

This is a wonderful Item. I love the design of the Teacup/mug, the handle is comfortable to hold, the rime is ideal, the size of the Teacup/mug is just right not too big or too small, and the infuser has enough room to allow the brewing process to be completed, and it's great that it comes with a lid which enables the liquid to stay hot for a longer period. I love the colour. I thought the colour would be a much lighter orange. I love this item and I would purchase it again.😃
