Incedible quality, especially for the price!
I almost never leave reviews on amazon, but this really deserves one.At the time I purchased mine, this apron was a still brand new product here on amazon with probably less than ten reviews. After I received it, I figured that the price was only as low as it was so they could sell them while there was still hardly any feedback. I thought that after selling a few hundred or these, they would no doubt raise the price after hearing how much their customers loved them. Now after two years it actually costs less than when I bought mine. Go figure lolIt's still a bit hard to believe how little this apron cost considering it's quality. It's made from heavy duty canvas as the description says and really feels like a good layer of protection. It works great while I'm using my belt grinder as it keeps my shirts from having new holes burned in them, and it also works great while I'm forging steel (bladesmithing), since it protects my clothes and myself from most of the hot fire-scale that goes flying after hitting the hot steel.I'm also very pleased with how well it fits and how comfortable it is to wear. My previous cheap "leather" apron went around my neck, which I can't stand the feeling of, it's as if I'm wearing a weight around my neck or something. This one straps nicely over my shoulders, which not only makes it much more comfortable, but it also makes it feel lighter since my two shoulders are easily bearing the weight, not my neck. There are plenty of useful pockets on the front as well, so that is another plus.I would definitely recommend this apron and buy it again, although I'm not sure I'll ever need to.

Functional and Tough
Top quality, functional and tough. Well placed pockets for all of my most important woodworking gear. Comfortable all day in the shop. And, again, tough: I took a tablesaw kickback (despite two feather boards and positive control). This leather apron was my first line of defense, and saved me from significant damage. Great value.

A quality product that's worth the price
I've worn this apron in my studio/workshop several times now, and I really like it. It's more expensive than some, but the materials and construction are first-rate. I rarely give five stars, but the workmanship on this apron is impressive. The fabric is substantial and, although a bit stiff at present, comfortable to wear. The strap and grommet system is pretty clever, allowing a good fit for most, I would think. I'm a 5'-7" not-skinny woman, and I'm able to cross the straps at the small of my back and then tie them in front, so I'm guessing there would be plenty of strap length for bigger men. The straps sit comfortably on my shoulders. And all the pockets are great!I do metalwork, which includes flame, sparks and corrosive liquids. So far, I haven't done anything stupid (knock on wood), which would really put this apron to the test, but I feel reasonably confident that my clothes have adequate protection. The first thing I do now, when I enter my studio, is put on this apron. All in all, it's money well spent.

A Versatile and Sturdy Apron for DIY Enthusiasts
I recently purchased the Hudson Durable Goods Heavy Duty Waxed Canvas Work Apron in Grey, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. As a DIY enthusiast, I'm constantly getting into projects around the house, and I needed something to keep my clothes clean and protected. This apron did the trick and then some!First of all, let's talk about the quality. The waxed canvas material is sturdy and durable, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable to wear. The stitching is top-notch, and I can tell this apron is built to last. Plus, the grey color is stylish and goes with just about anything. But the real reason I love this apron is the functionality. It has pockets galore, which is perfect for me because I'm always misplacing my tools. The chest pocket is great for holding smaller items like screws and nails, while the larger pockets on the waist are perfect for my hammer, screwdriver, and other tools. And let's not forget the adjustable straps! I'm a bit on the shorter side, so I appreciate that I can adjust the straps to fit me comfortably. It's also great that the apron is machine washable, so I don't have to worry about getting it dirty. Now, I have to admit, I'm not the most graceful person in the world. I've spilled my fair share of paint and glue on this apron, but it wipes off easily and doesn't leave any stains. Plus, the waxed canvas repels water, so if I'm working outside in the rain, I don't have to worry about getting soaked.I have to tell you about a particular incident that happened while I was wearing this apron. I was working on a project that involved using a lot of spray adhesive, and as you can imagine, things got a bit messy. I ended up getting some of the adhesive on my apron, and I was worried it would never come out. But, to my surprise, when I got home and tossed the apron in the wash, it came out looking good as new! I was so impressed with how well the waxed canvas held up against the adhesive and how easily it cleaned up. It's moments like these that make me appreciate the quality of this apron even more.Aside from its practical uses, this apron has also become a bit of a conversation starter. Whenever I'm wearing it out in public, I always get compliments and questions about where I got it. It's not every day that you see someone walking around in a work apron, after all. But, perhaps the funniest moment involving this apron was when I wore it to a barbecue. I was grilling up some burgers and hot dogs, and I didn't want to get grease all over my clothes, so I put on the apron. Well, let's just say that my friends thought it was hilarious that I was wearing a work apron to a casual backyard barbecue. But hey, I like to be prepared for any situation! One of the things I love about this apron is that it's so versatile. I can wear it while I'm working on my car, woodworking in my garage, or even cooking in my kitchen. The apron is designed to be heavy-duty and to protect your clothing from any spills, stains, or scratches, which is perfect for me since I tend to be a bit clumsy.Another thing I appreciate about this apron is the attention to detail. The straps are reinforced with metal grommets, which means they won't tear or fray over time. The pockets are also reinforced with double stitching, so I don't have to worry about them wearing out anytime soon.Additionally, the apron has a cross-back design, which takes the pressure off my neck and distributes the weight evenly across my shoulders. This means that I can wear it for extended periods of time without experiencing any discomfort.I also love that this apron is unisex, which means that both men and women can wear it comfortably. The adjustable straps make it easy to find the right fit, regardless of your body type.Overall, I would highly recommend the Hudson Durable Goods Heavy Duty Waxed Canvas Work Apron to anyone who loves to DIY or work with their hands. It's functional, durable, and stylish, and it's made my life a lot easier. 4 out of 5 stars - I only took off a star because I wish it came in more colors!

Very nice apron for shop use, seems very nicely made and durable
I will update this review if anything changes..The product is simply awesome. I had been looking for a while at several options for a tough and durable apron for shop use, including some very expensive leather ones. I decided on this one after reading the reviews and i'm glad I did so.The weight is surprising, and not in a bad way. The canvas is very thick and ought to be durable. The stitching is excellent, not a thread loose. The pockets are nice, though I do wish it had a separate pencil sleeve like the deluxe model, I chose not to get that design because the hammer loops may be dangerous in a machine shop in my opinion. This one is clean and sleek with nothing loose or hanging, and no fluff. All business. The straps are made of what feels and looks like high quality webbing, not the shiny cheap stuff thats thin and light. They are comfortable too, which brings me to the best part, this apron is 100% comfortable. VERY much so, the crossback straps take weight off the neck so the shoulders bear it. Its a very good design.I will likely make a square strap retainer from leather for the middle of the back where they cross, if so I will update with photos. If it doesnt hold up (i dont see how it would wear out for a LONG time, its seriously pretty nice), i will update my review.

Costs a little more, but it's worth it, a real quality product
I love this thing, it fits great, looks good, and protects well. The pockets are super useful, I put a square in one, tape measure in the other, some nails or screws if I need them. I have pencils or markers in the top pocket. I'm no longer hunting around for items I use very frequently when I am working in the garage. I also do projects in the house and wear it for that.Have to saw some wood, take the apron off, nothing is on you, I hate it when you saw one piece of wood and then you are dusting yourself off. I haven't painted anything yet but this is going to be great when I'm painting and staining. It has so many uses. The x straps are a little confusing at first, but you will get used to it, and it really provides a good fit. When tied (I don't tie mine tight but semi snug) it hugs your hips and wraps around you a little so you are well covered. I don't write a ton of reviews but I was impressed by this so I wanted to write it.It costs a little bit more than others on this site, but it is worth it. It is made well, and I think I'll have it for years. A real enhancement for the DIY people out there.

Simple yet elegant!
Simple yet elegant, yes a shop apron! I will admit up front that I am not good about writing reviews but this is an exceptional product. It is a comfortable weight waxed canvas that I expect will last for many years. All the seams are folded and double stitched. Reinforcing rivets are at all the points that could be needed. The pockets are convienlty located and amply sized. The shoulder straps are even reinforced for comfort!I am 6' and 225#s. The the straps are nice and long so this is easy to put on and you don't have to fight with short straps coming out of the grommets. As a woodworker I use the top pocket for my notepad and layout tools. The apron is adjustable enough so that I can correctly locate the pocket so i do not get poked in the neck by my layout tools. Adjusted this way the apron comes to just below my knees with ample material to wrap around the side of my legs. Perfict to cover that place where I usually wipe off excess glue. The three lower pockets are generously sized to hold just about anything else I need to keep close to hand.I love this thing! I am thinking about purchasing another for the kitchen, overkill or not!

Sets the standard
This thing is great. I wasn't really sure what I wanted in a shop apron, but now that I have it this thing sets the standard. The fabric is thick and durable, but the apron does not seem heavy. It's thick enough that I think it would cushion a table saw kick back. I would have no concerns about sparks from grinding or cutting. This thing can take it. Even with tools on board this thing does not feel/seem heavy because of the straps being on your shoulders instead of around your neck, nice weight distribution. The straps also are thick and durable, so no fear of them wearing out and breaking with multiple ties and unties, and the thickness really helps with gloved hands. The rivets and eyelets are all nicely done and allow smooth travel for the straps. There is ample pocket space for whatever tools you need for the project you happen to be working on. I saw some complaints about pocket space. But I think it's great. This thing isn't a tool belt after all. My iPhone 6 in an otterbox fits nicely in the chest pocket. But let's be honest. I don't keep it there while working, too much dust and crap flying around. It sits safely in the cabinet. Last thing I need is it dropping onto the table saw. My only wish is that it was about 4 inches longer. At 6'1" it stops right above my kneecaps. But I only say that for keeping dust off my shorts. Once winter hits it won't matter. I would buy this again, I would buy this as a gift and I suggest you buy one as well. I may even buy a second one for not dust involved projects.

Super good!
I use it for bartending and this thing is amazing. Super solid, comfortable. The only downsize is that it takes a while to dry in the winter because it's a thicc boi

Heavy duty, well-made, roomy.
Great apron. Really heavy duty canvas for great protection. Great for vegans/vegetarians like me who work with molten metal and sharp tools but don't wear leather. Comfortable fastening, plenty of room, pockets just where you need them. Would be great for any jobs and hobbies where protection is needed. I can wear it over decent clothes and take it off to emerge from my studio fit to receive visitors and clients!

İnce alakasız kumaş, alakasız model.
Ürün resimdeki gibi değil. Çok ince. Mumlu değil. Üst cep yok. Mutfak önlüğü bile olması zor.
