I love them. I work part time in a retail shop and they make such a difference in my day and how sore my body will be at the end of a double (working open to close). They cover my heel so that I avoid blisters from ill fitting shoes. No product is perfect the bottom of the foot will slide up as the day goes on for hours. They stay up. The material is between panty hose/tights and a pair of athletic pants. I've bought the 3XL and now the 2XL and I'm going to try the XL. If you're torn on what to get, I hope this review supports your choice to invest in these. The color reminds me of the dance tights I wore that are "flesh" but clearly not skin. My 3xls are still in perfect shape after 6 months (and I use the dryer and wash them with my jeans...) so they definitely last and do not have runs. The compression is moderate so I can get them on but not so tight that I want to immediately take them off!

Need high waist
The compression was ok but they need a tummy control and a high waist. They roll down my waist and no tummy control.

The size chart was off.
I purchased a 2X. Ankle 9, Calf 15, Thigh 23. I’m 5’7” 165 lbs. I don’t feel the 20-30mmHg compression. I work in healthcare, many compression socks & stockings,I believe myself to be a little experienced regarding compression. These are really comfortable pantyhose! That’s exactly what you get. Think pantyhose aka tights. I might try a smaller size. No I didn’t return them… I work in healthcare. I ain’t got time for that. I’m just wearing them. I’m sure wearing them is better than nothing. If you purchase downsize!

My husband is between a medium and large size, I purchased 2XL and they are perfect

I was under the impression they were suppose to provide compression for the entirety of your legs but the compression stopped just above the knee. Probably wouldn’t recommend it

cheap material
The compression was ok, I do wish it was a bit stronger, I still experienced substantial blood pooling while using these. The material is way too thin, got a run in the thigh during first use. Thicker material would also be better for stronger compression. Fit true to size, but the heel rides up, none of my other compression garments do this.
