It makes you gag a bit depends on your bite the blue is for women

Almost unusable
This is the softest of the range but it's painful and I don't think it doesn't damage the teeth at all, having to bite on a very hard plastic. I had aching teeth for days after using it. It makes me gag and salivate like a St Bernard, forcing me to take it out after every second bite. Money down the drain.

Works on Gag reflex?
I don’t know if it’s just me but it makes me gag! I feel the occasional tightening on my jawline but I can’t keep it in long enough without gagging! Sorry but I’m giving 3 stars just based off that! Maybe I’m performing it wrong!

Torture
Found it impossible to use, like torture, and felt like it was doing more damage than anything. Sure it's the same for any type of these things.

Hard to do and made me gag
This doesn't cost much, at the time of review £4.99, I've used similar looking device which cost a lot more so didn't know what to expect. Personally I found this too hard to use and too big in my mouth which made me gag. I did persevere for a couple of days but I honestly just couldn't get on with it. The one I have already is smaller and more flexible so compared this is just too hard.

Great quality and not too big as other reviews suggest I would actually consider this a bargain at £4.99 (which is price at time of review). It would have been nice to have a workout guide which set and rep amounts etc. But overall good quality package and comes with hygienic plastic storage which most don’t. I would recommend.

Great workout.
Fantastic for keeping young teens quiet lol Kidding, I picked this up to help tone up my face, being the other side of 35 now, its getting softer and I have been impressed with the results so far. Easy to carry around and can be done like Kegels.. pretty much everywhere. Good for the price.
