What material is this made of? Is it true cellophane (made of cellulose) or some other plastic?

Under the title, it shows "Amazon Choice for *Mylar Roll Clear*" and seeing as the seller hasn't given any material or used cellulose in the description, or answered this question, we might just assume it's Mylar or Polypropylene like at this point 100% of the 'cellophane' labeled products on Amazon. "Mylar® (registered by DuPont Teijin Films) is a strong polyester/plastic film that was developed in the 1950s, originally for industrial use. It is used instead of cellophane as it is much stronger and more resistant to heat. There are different types, finishes, and thicknesses available." -google description of Mylar.

Is this 200 feet or 200 inches long?

It's 200 feet long. It's great. It is actually folded in half on the roll. When you cut a strip of cellophane off the roll, you can unfold it -- really neat. (At first I didn't realize it was folded.)

Is the crease noticeable when wrapping a tray tight?

I have used this wrap for baskets and you cannot see the crease int he wrap because it is tied up at the top.

Can this cellophane wrap be used with a heat gun for shrink wrapping?

No this would melt instead softening

Difficult to handle

The cellophane roll is good quality, the problem that I have with it is that it's very difficult to use, it slips and slides within the roll, making it hard to handle, which is very annoying. I prefer the long one piece roll instead of a folded design.
