This ginkgo biloba has no smooth 'cover' to it - the pill as small but have that floury surface that leaves a dusty trace on your fingers (though there is not much of that dust residue). It is still easy to swallow if you take plenty of water with it, but since it happened so that I had a sore throat while taking these, I often had a feeling that they got stuck somewhere there in my throat, so a full glass of juice or water to go with it is a good idea. The container is small and looks very nice being so tiny. The lid appears to sit tight (a screw-on type of a lid) and I am happy I have ordered it. Good value, in my opinion.

This pack contains 120 tablets and 30 days supply. 1 tablet contains 22.0mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh ginkgo biloba leaves. Ginkgo biloba, is said to improve memory and it works! My mum is 82 and has been taking this for years and says that she really notices it if she stops. These tablets are easy to take. I don't really notice any nasty taste or after effects, and I like that A Vogel is a trusted brand. Happy with these.

Dosage using examin.com ends up at two per time two times a day. Good value from this source but still pricy in the long run as you won't see an effect from GB for at least a month of regular consumption.

Ginko biloba has been popular for many years. I was first given some around twenty years ago as a memory enhancer/improver. The problem for me was that I kept forgetting to take it! These tablets are apparently made from fresh ginko biloba leaves and the bottle contains 120 pills. As the recommended daily dose is 2x pills twice a day, i.e. 4x pills a day, this means that there is one month's supplies here. Manufactured by A. Vogel B. V. in the Netherlands it is marketed in the UK by A. Vogel Ltd., their UK arm. The company is almost 100 years and the pills are vegan-friendly with the contents being sourced from a plant-based source. Will they enhance the memory? There is only one way to find out. Certainly ginko biloba is claimed to have antioxidant properties and to improve circulation so there are supposed to be a few benefits. Do I recommend it? Well... no, but at the same time I don't *not* recommend it. I have dropped one star for that very reason. Hopefully in a month's time I will have a better idea and then decide whether I buy another month's supply or not. However, if you are convinced of the benefits of this plant then you could do a lot worse than choose this brand.

Ginkgo Biloba is a herb I have been interested in trying to add to my diet (tablet form being the easiest way) as it has many proven health benefits for humans including being a natural antioxidant, helping heart health, brain health, general wellbeing, etc… Ginkgo is often taken by adults in daily doses of 60-240 mg. These pills provide only 88 mg when 4 pills are taken daily, as per taking via following the instructions. This means they tend to be on the lower scale of the daily recomended dose. Not great considering the cost. They are suitable for vegetarians (but not vegans due to the added lactose) which is great for those of us who are vegetarian. I feel that after taking them for a little over a week now I am not noticing the greatest difference in health, although they would probably take longer to start seeing results. Being a proven benefit though I will persevere until the tablets are gone, but whether I’d order more in the future would depend upon several factors including if they seemed like they were if benefit to me personally, but would perhaps seek out a higher concentration of tablet.
