I've had one of these Ab Roller's down at my gym and I really wanted to get one for home. I recently unpacked it and It's easy to assemble and compact enough to hide away under a bed or in a corner of a closet.The quality i of the Go Sport-it Ab Roller is as good or better than the model at my gym. Only thing i'd note is the wheels are a bit smaller.Still, has no bearing on the effectiveness of this tool. I get a major stretch and burn, and also works not only the abs, but the sides, back and arms too. The who's core is used when doing rolling exercise as it's a balancing act that activates all your abs as well as the arms to hold your weight. It takes some getting used to, but man is it a killer workout. I should do it more often... though i don't. Anyway, I'm a fan of the product. and can easily recommend it.

I thought the wheels would be a different material and a bit bigger though. I kept it due to having to pay for the return.

Cheap plastic. Does not feel durable.

Rollers tend to wobble.. gets you uncomfortable after like 3 rolls, you need to adjust.. advantage of this is it's extremely light and sturdy..

I like these, they glide /slide well but sometimes get stuck or a pause while rolling.Otherwise there not bad at all , it's easy to put together .

It's is easy to use, and I can feel it in my abs already. I can't wait to see the results after a month.
