At $4.50 CAD, these were a steal!
Great price and decent quality.People complain about things like - discomfort after few hours, or transmission of noise if you bang into the band (plastic part). But these are issues that would happen with any brand. I wore for couple of hours nice cushiony ear muffs type of ear protection and still my ears and head hurt.This is simply due to wearing such protection, not any particular brand.

A little tight, but you get used to it
My earplugs are constantly needing to come off and on. These are easy to put on and I don’t have to twist the plug to prep it for my ears. They are a little tight, but not to the point that they are uncomfortable.
