The second time l bought ,the vandoo mango pickle got spoiled due to fungus .Can anybody suggest some remedy for its preservation ?

You have to keep it in the fridge and it won't get spoil, if you kept outside of the time, then it will get spoil. You cannot do anything. You have to throw it away.
