Tactical Molle Apron - 2 Large Pouches and 3 Smaller Pouches, Front and Back Removable Patch with Adjustable Side Strap for the Perfect Fit

This is an absolutely amazing apron. It is comfortable soft cotton and care should be taken around open flames but it looks cool. It fits well and is fully adjustable for my size. 5' 7", 165 with a middle age paunch. The back extends to the waist line while the front extends about 8" below the waistline. Excellent finish to the fabric and the pouches are an awesome addition. There's plenty of room to add MOLLE gear if you want, however, if you want to add personalized patches, the Velcro style base is reversed from the normal. The stiffer pokey side is attached to the cloth and the softer "female" is attached to the patch included. Opposite of any patches I have purchased or worn in uniform. That's not an issue for me. I bought this to be an apron with the included parts. If I want to personalize it that would be easy. Buy the the patches that are iron on and use the fabric that the reverse Velcro will attach too. Easy fix. I highly recommend this because it will be a lot of fun. 5 stars. Excellent stitching, quality fabric for the cost and all the parts are there. Update 10-28-2016 I have had 3 friends state they have left positive feedback on this purchase but it doesn't show here. I'm not sure why. They left it on my feedback. This is an excellent item and I don't know what that's all about. I also had one positive feedback that was someone I didn't know disappear. WTF!

This was a Christmas present and I LOVE it. I do a lot of grilling and smoking, and I am a veteran. So this satisfies my love for all things grilling and tacticool! The pouches are well designed and the Molle system allows me to move pouches and add more using this flexible mounting platform. It is well made, with heavy stitching. I am a big guy and it fits fine. The only odd thing is that the velcro patch is not the normal hook and loop on the patch but on the apron. This means if I want to put another patch on, I have to break out the sewing machine. Not a dealbreaker but a kinda weird decision on ThinkGeek's part. And it is actually insanely utililtarian, so it's not just something cool for cool's sake. I am definitely going to get a pouch for beers and a good bottle opener I can hang off one of my XTACER molle-compatible d-hooks. The other features outweigh this minor design flaw.

My husband had wanted this for quite some time and I finally ordered it for him as an early Father's Day gift. He's always manning the grill whether it be here at our own home, or at family cookouts and he's really excited to wear this while grilling up some deliciousness. The pouches are removable and there's a ton of places to put spatulas, forks, salt and pepper shakers, and I I mean, if you can figure out how to do it without spilling, you could probably stuff a beer in one of the pouches. I really feel like they should have made a beer holder on this, but hey, it's still awesome. The only thing that got me was that this shows a black apron and they actually sent us the digital or I guess it's "Urban Camo" one. No biggie, my husband still loved it, we just expected a black one considering that's what this particular listing is for.

I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it! It's made of very durable material. It was a little pricier than I would have liked, but it is really good quality. The "CHEF" patch is removable, and you could even replace it with a patch of your own if you got the Velcro. Very stylish, fun, and practical.

Got this for my brother and he loves it. The only fault is that it isn't as long as you think. Instead of it coming mid thigh, it's more just torso. It works perfectly fine though and plenty of room for utensils and such. Bonus idea, went on etsy and got personalized patches to put on his tactical apron!

This is a fantastic fun piece, but don't expect it to be some high end piece of tactical gear. The material is very thin, the molle pieces are flimsy, and the pouches are incredibly cheap and not true molle, just light velco strapping that doesn't thread on itself. But if you just want a fun piece for costume or conversation or light storage and utility? it is wonderful. Some people complained that the patches had the hook and loop reversed, but mine had the loop on the vest itself and the hook on the patches, which works perfectly for all of my current gear. I also like that all of the pouches and patches are removable, so you can customize it however you want. The only thing that doesn't change is the d-rings on the chest piece and the pockets on the apron, but I am fine with that. Overall happy with my purchase, but I wasn't expecting it to be a highly durable piece of tactical gear.

Got this as a present for my hubby -- I will say the design is awesome, and it is well constructed and functional with its many pouches and clips. I also like that it can adjust to fit many body sizes...from me at 5'5" to hubby at over 6'. It's a little heavy to wear when doing BBQ in Texas in the summer, though...that's the only drawback. Update: OK...I have to add props for the pouches...perfect to store salt, pepper and garlic in the smaller pouches, and larger jars in the bigger pouches. It really does have a place for everything! The Velcro on the pouches makes it easy to move up or down for placement that works for you. One small detail that I love...the larger pouches have longer velcro and can run through two of the loops. No big deal? It is with heavier items that would otherwise be flopping around when trying to cook...this keeps everything snug to the apron and MUCH more functional.

Bought this as a retirement gift for a former military man. Was a big hit! He said he might even wear it to the range! Besides the fun aspect of it, this is a surprisingly well made apron. The pictures for the product don't show it but there's an entire molle webbed back section as well. It has a "Chef" patch across the top. (Where the unit designation usually goes) Great gift for anyone who's ever worn a tactical vest on the job.
