Flavor Name:Sulla (French Honeysuckle) Rare product made in small batches. Sulla is a Mediterranean clover with big red flower heads which carpets the hills of Sicily'mainland in the late spring. Filippo drives his bees to remote hills inside the island, far from pollution sources. There, the bees will feat on sulla nectar. Some years the nectar will be extremely pure - if no other flowers with desirable nectar are blooming at the same time and the sulla will be white as butter, with the same hard texture, and it will met on the tongue. It usually has tropical and tangy notes, sometimes tasting like lychees or peaches. It is a great all-around honey, it goes with everything.

Delicious and authentic Calabrian bergamot honey - you cannot get it anywhere in stores in the USA.
I personally think that bergamot honey is one of the most delicious in the world. I bought this pack of three little jars for my clients as appreciation gifts and they were so happy they asked me where to buy this product. I highly recommend this company.

Delicious honey variety at a great price
While the jars were small (@ 30 grams or roughly one ounce), the flavor of this honey is big. I only wish I could find larger jars of our favorites. Our family have become fans of Italian honey and for $5 this lets us sample a number of offerings.

chestnut is just one possibility
very nice, nicely packaged, quick service, small and a little pricey, but nice to be able to try out different types before investing in a larger jar

Bigger jars, please!
I love the honey and the textures. The flavors are good, too. I just didn't like the novelty jars. It was hard to scoop out all the honey and I had to put the jar in the microwave for a few seconds so I could get all the honey out!
