What kind of magic is this?
So, I ended up with the plantar's fasciitis (not sure how you spell it)...the painful heel condition.I've struggled along with it for about five months now, and finally just went to a chiropractor/physio who called it that, so I looked this thing up and bought it.It arrived well packaged with a little booklet in it that is actually quite informative and well put together.The craziness happened when I used it.Pain...gone. Literally, first use. Absolute madness. Why have I been hobbling around in the night like someone thirty years old than me?!This little thing has absolutely solved my problem...astonishing result for something so simple.My chiropractor told me to roll a bottle of gatorade under my foot...but if you're looking at this product...please believe me when I tell you it actually solved my problem. I only have to use it for ten or fifteen seconds every three or four day, but the results are instant. Ayuda tanto con problemas plantares y masajea la zona
Es un buen artículo para personas que están mucho tiempo de pie, trabajadores o deportistas deportistas que "maltratan" sus pies, ya que al utilizarlo, masajeamos la zona plantar y descargamos toda la tensión acumulada.El funcionamiento es simple, pones el pie encima y empiezas a "rodar" con vaivén para el masaje, aunque si necesitas usar más presión, ya sea por una tensión excesiva, durezas o sufras de fascitis plantar (en mi caso me ha mejorado muchísimo) es recomendable hacerlo de pie en vez de sentado.Realmente, es muy recomendable.
