Rubber Motor Mount

Super happy to find this replacement part for my 14 year old Nautilus/Broan bathroom fan (model NS130). Luckily, I had saved the "owner's manual" from when it was originally installed, or I would have never know what was needed. Bought 2 of these gasket things, plus the motor (item S990802744) and the fan wheel (99110735). Son took fan down (only 1 screw holding the assembly in place) swapped the old parts out with the new in about a 1/2 hour. Just like new!!

Restores like new operation. Should be replaced when installing a new motor for quiet vibration free operation. Need two per motor. Be sure to adjust fan on motor shaft properly or it may scrape on the housing cover. Also clean all debris from fan blades to eliminate wobble. Squirrel cage fan may need adjustment or replacement if there is still excessive vibration and noise after mounting rubber replacement.

Bought the vent fan motor, blower wheel and motor rubber mount. All work perfectly together. Installed the in less than 30 minutes, first time. Worked as advertised. Delivered on time and packaged well.

OEM works

Fan had a rattle or vibration sound when running, Suspected motor mounts might be worn. Replace motor mounts with the new ones fan is quite now no vibration noise.

The part fits well, does the job, and came on time. You need TWO of these. No complaints on the company. The shipping price on this is unreasonable and very expensive. If shipping was more reasonable, it would be 5 stars.
