So how does it adhere?
Product arrived and is as shown in picture. However I cannot see how it "adheres to smooth surfaces in files" as there is no glue or adhesive strip provided. Also I cannot identify the "Plastic-coated welded filing bar and markings" to use to ensure correct positioning. The description seems to be for a different product. I will now have to buy some double sided adhesive tape as it is not worth the trouble of returning the product. Elsewhere I have found a description as to how it is used in ring and lever arch folders and I am sure the product will be great if used for the purpose.
