great summer tent for large family!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Our family went camping with my friend's family last year for the first time and our kids loved it! I guess kids love sleeping outside in a tent, especially in the middle of a mountain.I purchased a traditional tent with flexible poles that you have to stick into the fabric because that's what I grew up with when I went camping when I was a kid. My friend's family had this type of instant tent.Well, it literally took less than 5 minutes for my friend to set up his tent all by himself while it took about 30 minutes for me and my 2 sons struggling with poles. The take down was even worse...After coming back from the camping trip, I told my kids that I'm going to buy an instant tent like my friend so we don't have to waste any time and deal with stress of setting up and taking down. My friend had 6 person instant tent so I decided to get this 8 person tent because we are a family of 5 and I wanted to have very roomy and comfortable camping experience.Few weeks ago, I wanted to try this tent so our kids all jumped and screamed when I asked them if they wanted to sleep in our new tent in the backyard. It was a sneaky preview of the camping trip this summer. I was very happy and impressed with this tent because I was able to quickly and easily set it up all by myself even though this tent was huge. I don't think I can ever go back to traditional pole tents again...This tent is very spacious and was perfect for our family of 5. I think it can fit 3 queen size air mattress! It has a room divider so that was good for added privacy as well. It has windows in all 4 sides and it even has 2 ground ventilation to better air circulation at night without being too stuffy from condensation.I'm 5'11" tall and I can stand up straight in any area inside the tent and I love the mesh storage and hanging net in the ceiling, which is very handy for putting stuff away and for hanging a lamp. The ceiling also has nice mesh screen for better air flows during the day and to let the sun lights in but you can cover it with rainfly at night. Everything fits nicely in the storage bag and there's instruction with diagram attached inside the storage bag. Oh, it even includes a mud mat for your shoes. They really thought of everything! My only warning is that this is definitely a summer tent so it might be cold in the Spring or Fall when the temperature drops at night. You really can't go wrong with this instant tent and our family is very please with this purchase.I highly recommend this to any large family who doesn't want to waste any time setting up and taking down the tent because you want to enjoy the nature when you go camping and spend less time with setup!Easily 5 out of 5 stars! Well done! Hope my video and photos were useful... and if they were, please click on the helpful button below. Thank you!

Great tent but has some flaws
The setup of this tent is very easy which was the main reason we bought this. I was a little hesitant about quality because it's not a big name brand. It was fine for us. We aren't serious campers so this is great for weekend trips. I did want to say the zipper at the front entrance ALWAYS gets snagged on the little flap. It is obnxoidyus especially with children. We also have a quarter size hole in the mesh ceiling. Something I can fix but not something a customer should see upon opening.

Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy
Took me less than 2 minutes to snap this tent together. So ridiculously easy that even an inexperienced camper could put it up and take it down with ease. This tent is a must have. I was able to fit even a king sized air mattress inside or this tent and still have room to walk around. Money well spent.!

This is not waterproof.
If you plan on camping anywhere with precipitation of any kind do not buy this tent. We took it for 3 rainy nights in washington and were sorely disappointed. The rainfly directs rain right onto the front door which leaked through the zipper and collected in a puddle that we had to sop up every hour. I bought this tent specifically because it boasted being waterproof, but had to tie an additional tarp.over my tent to keep the water out.

Quick and easy to set up.
The first time I used the tent on a camping trip there was a very heavy rain storm just after I got the tent up. Not a drop got inside. It is quick and easy to erect. The tent has good ventilation. The fly is the same as all the others and requires the usual time and effort to get in place and staked down. The heavy, strong poles are connected together is such a manner that erecting the tent is a snap. One drawback is that I can't quite stand up in the tent, not enough headroom for my 6'2" height. People 5'10" or less would be fine standing in the center. Another drawback seems to be common on all newer tents, The fly does not extent over the door far enough (or at all) to offer protection from rain when entering and exiting as one works the door zippers. Older tents often offered a "porch roof" feature that kept you dry when entering and leaving. Few modern tents have this feature and it sux. Other than that, it's a good, if somewhat heavy tent.

Great Tent
Used over the weekend.Very surprised on how easy it was to set up. In 5 minutes, we were putting our bed and clothes inside. The only issue I had, which is my fault, was the zipper caught some fabric, and I tried to force through... took 2 of us to unbind it... but it didn't tear.It didn't rain on us, so I can't say anything about leaks.

Totally dissatisfied would not recommend this item
This is not a an or 6 man it is more like 2 person tent when you put in the queen air mattress there is only leaning walking room seriously displeased with the tent if I had set it up before my camping trip I would have sent it back

Loved it
We got the 6 person tent! We put two twin mattresses in there and could have probably fit 1-2 more! Putting it up was extremely easy as well it honestly is in 60 seconds!
