I never knew what real cinnamon could taste like, until I read several reviews hailing the wonderful taste of this product. I always bought store brand, bland and possibly older then I’d like on the grocery store shelf. I will testify to this wonderful rich aroma and taste of this product. I just could not say enough to have you understand, like me, I did not know what good cinnamon tasted like before this. I will never buy a different brand. It even smells heavenly and the taste is so good. It smells like my mother baking cinnamon rolls from stretch when I was a young girl. It’s also good for you. I drink 1/8 of a teaspoon in coconut milk at night with a tab bit of local honey. Paradise in a cup. This is one of those times I applaud the reviewers that led me to this spice. Thanks so much.

I love this cinnamon, due to research I have done about cinnamon and a negative side effect on the body, I started looking for the real thing. This type of cinnamon is the safest and with organic, you can't go wrong!The taste is sweet, soft and almost creamy compared to the average, sharp cinnamon. This is more subtle, and sometimes I feel like I am putting too much on to get the right flavor. But actually a little bit goes a long way.I wanted to try Ceylon Cinnamon because the usual common brands of Cinnamon is called Cassia Cinnamon and has about 5% Coumarin which in constant use it is bad for your health, while the Ceylon Cinnamon has an average of only 0.004% Coumarin.

I can't say if it lowered my blood sugar level because I didn't see any major changes when I started using this product. I wanted to try it and buying by the pound seemed much more reasonable than buying a few capsules for the same price. The cinnamon tastes good, however, one reviewer said it dissolves but I've been putting it in my coffee and it does not dissolve. In fact, you better stir it before each sip, otherwise that last swallow of coffee will have all the cinnamon that was sitting at the bottom of the cup, it's a mouthful of cinnamon if you don't stir before each swallow.

I make my own "0" size capsules. I'm 60 yrs old, 5'11", 295 lbs. (yeah, I know). I take four capsules a day, two at a time. My fasting blood sugar went from 185 to 125 in about two months. Need I say more? Oh yes, I've made cinnamon rolls with it as well. My sister has a terrible reaction to store shelf cinnamon and she takes the pills as well without any side effects. Great product. This is the only ceylon cinnamon I've used but the price is good and I'm so happy with the product I won't be going anywhere else. However, if Amazon hadn't requested a review I would have contacted the company to see where I could post one. Very nice product. Buy it often!

Did not care for the flavor.

This cinnamon tastes great and seems legit. I have purchased others in the past that either tasted like dirt or tasted awesome but was red colored (counterfeit Ceylon). I hope the quality of this product remains consistent as I consume a large amount of cinnamon on a regular basis (made into a tea with honey) and plan to purchase from this vendor again.

It had a weird taste. I went to a spice section of my local farmers market. I tried their Ceylon Cinnamon and it was completely different. I suggest buyers of spices do the same. Also, I learned that there is a huge myth as to other types of Cinnamon with higher amounts of Coumarin causing liver damage. Yes, it is partly true that the ingredient Coumarin can cause liver damage, however, it is not something to freak out about. You have to ingest very large quantities of cinnamon for it to do that and studies show that the liver damage is short term. Feel free to look into it, but you may find that the internet is not your friend in this case.

I bought this organic Ceylon cinnamon and I found it to taste very good I substitute this for using sugar. I buy sugarless applesauce and I mix a little in and it makes the applesauce a lot healthier for me. If you want to Skyline Chili con carne that's from Cincinnati you can mix a little of the cinnamon in with the chili and it gives it a great taste. I am extremely happy with my order my order came right away and very well packaged. Be careful there's a lot of sellers out there that claim to have a organic Ceylon cinnamon but I found this to be the best on the market you won't go wrong ordering from Nature's Way!
