Perfect for swings and punching bags!
Currently using this in our basement to hang the kiddy swings and a punching bag. It’s great! Strong enough for even an adult to sit and use the swing!

GREAT easy solution for hanging heavy items on metal beam
I was searching for a solution to hang a heavy windchime (approx 75lbs) on a steal beam, and could only find solutions requiring different "pieces" that I would need to assemble etc. I stumbled on this solution instead and determined it was PERFECT. Not only does it come completely engineered for this applications, but it is also powder coated BLACK to match the beam. Great solution, even it if was not intended for this particular application

The adjustability is great!
Using this to hang a 100lb heavy bag and it has taken several good workouts so far. I am happy with the product but there are a few things I would have changed. A length of grade 5 all-thread and some flat washers would have been handy but I had these things anyway so it wasn't really an issue. I would also add some rubber footing tape as a good hook or round-house will allow the bag to slide a good bit along the beam. So far this is a great purchase. Very pleased.

Great Product
Completely surprised by this product. The picture is misleading. It appears to be somewhat of a flimsy product. It is super sturdy. It heavy duty. It is simple to use. It is a great product with a fantastic price.

works
I had to get a longer bolt, at LOWES, but other than that, it fits on the i-beam and holds a chain fast
