I got these for my son who is a tip toe walker as I wanted him to have something with a high support to try and take the strain off his toes and encourage him down on to his feet. I feel that these trainers, whilst not going to cure his problems, are good comfortable supportive trainer that can assist him a little. He also loves the colours. (which I thought was a bit retro 80s but he likes them)
