Missing part and probably used
Twisting valve for closing was missing and looked used. Returned it and got a refund.

Smells of chemicals
Very poor product, smells of chemicals and made my eyes run. Washed the product and cover twice and still smelled overpowering of chemicals. Snet back as not good.
