Works great so far! It is a bit of a pain to fill, it takes about 4-5 scoops and comes with a collapsible rubber-like funnel to fill the bulb. It's best to keep the funnel all the way in the hole, put a scoop of powder in, then grab the bulb and the funnel as one piece and knock it on a surface to get the powder to fall through the funnel without clogging up the threads. Don't over fill it so much that it comes up into the threads and clogs it our else it won't screw on well/at all. Keep the threads clear the best you can. It sprays a fine mist or a nice thick line if you squeeze harder. I probably had to refill it 10 or so times to cover a small bedroom and in all the cracks of the floor, bed frame, etc, because (thanks to Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan) we are dealing with bed bugs, bleck! This thing gets the DE into all the tiny spaces and cracks, tiny screw and nail holes, etc. It's great!

For some background, I've been fighting with carpenter bees. For some reason they've been multiplying in numbers the last 5-10 years, and turning all my stuff into Swiss cheese. I've tried the wood+glass traps with limited success; I get a few bees per week, but after 4-5 years of having them hanging, I wasn't getting more than a few dozen per season. So I decided instead of using a passive approach of hanging traps near their hotspots, I'd be a bit more proactive. They seem to repurpose the holes year after year, going deeper and deeper into the house, deck, fence posts and anything else, so I decided to dust the holes. HUGE DIFFERENCE in effectiveness! When looking at applicator products, I knew I wanted something with a latex base and metal tip to mist food-grade, harmless-to-human Diatomaceous Earth ("DE") up into every bee bore hole I could find. While it's a little cumbersome to fill, and becomes slightly less effective at misting when it's less than half full, it does a beautiful job of misting the DE up into the holes. Within a day, I started seeing carpenter bees laying around the yard, finely misted in white dust, dying. It was quick! What usually Best part is: No chemicals harmful to me, pets, or other wildlife. No issue of collateral damage to other pollinators like mason bees or honey bees. And because the bores are protected from the elements, the dust stays up there and keeps working. I'm 3 months out from lacing the 60-70 holes I could find, and my boring season this year, which normally lasts through August, is already over. My kids have noticed already, they're annoyed and/or scared of the hovering carpenter bees all over the yard ... it's rare to go outside and see one anywhere this year. If you're having similar problems with carpenter bees, you want to get a grip on it, and you need a simple but effective product you think will last a few years (although I don't see myself needing to re-apply based on how effective it's been!) this is definitely a product I'd recommend time and time again. Although, with these all-caps-random vendor names who knows if "YIBAO" will still exist by the time this thing wears out, if ever!

Great duster for the price. Good for small areas.

Works very well for applying sevin dust. Clogs sometimes when spraying, but a quick bump on the bottom gets you back in business. The included funnel isn't the best for filling. Use a cheap plastic funnel with smooth sides, and the dust goes in pretty easily. Despite those minor issues, I'd buy it again.

Works very good used it for insecticide powder and recommend it

I bought this to kill wasps above ceiling between floors. Was able to get powder through drill hole in ceiling; however, to get only 1 scoop of the Delta powder into the hole took about 1000 squeezes.

I picked up this Bug Powder Duster to treat a few stubborn areas around the house with a powder pesticide. First off, it came with a collapsible funnel and a measuring cup, which was a really thoughtful touch. Filling it up was totally hassle-free. No mess, no wasted powder....just pour, close, and go. Once loaded, I gave it a squeeze and was surprised by how much powder it delivered with minimal effort. It gets the product deep into cracks, crevices, and holes, exactly where pests love to hide. The nozzle was long enough to get into tight spaces, but not so long that it was awkward to handle. The duster itself feels sturdy and well-made, and I get the sense it’ll hold up well over time. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with bugs and using powdered pesticide.

Added some Diatomaceous Earth with Pyrethrin insecticide and ran it along my baseboards. No more carpet bugs this season.
