If your rack is getting old, get these before your bikes fall off
I am so grateful only one of my straps snapped due to oxidation, exposure and age. I almost lost my vintage 1977Peugeot. My rack is 12 years old and kept outside. The new racks are inferior in my estimation so I really hoped I could find replacement straps. It took a while to find these. They saved me money, kept my better designed rack in use. THANK YOU!

Authenticate strap, poor product description
This strap is an authentic replacement for the Saris Bike Rack. However these are for the Upper clamp replacement and description does not specify which one was shipped. Saris has 3 different hook sizes on their racks and this product did not specify which one. For me, price was worth taking a chance to replace my Side Hook strap. I can make it work but product is for an Upper Hook Strap

Straps for Bike Rack Support
I purchased these straps with the same buckles that are on the original straps on my bike rack for my car. They are added support just in case the originals might fail. I got additional buckles to thread the straps through to attach them to the rack frame. It is working just as I had hoped.
