The product is great! Works great! Heats to 104 like in description. Easy set up!

Took a while to finally get it but it was so worth the wait . Good value , maintains temp when cover is on . Takes a while to heat up for first use but once you get the temp right and keep the cover on it stays hot .

Good quality materials. Easy setup; basically plug and play. However, heating is slow… Best to plan ahead and setup at least 6+ hours. Took a star away due to this and because bubbles do not stay on the whole time. Seems system gets ‘tired’ after 20-25 mins of bubbles and shuts down. We are able to turn them back on within 10 mins but it is a little annoying. Otherwise easy to maintain with very few chemicals. Overall good buy for the price and we are enjoying it

Arrived on time, super happy with the inflation and filling of the tub. Exited to enjoy the relaxing hot spa!Noticed that one of the filters was not working. The water quickly became cloudy and smelly. We drained the pool and inspected the workings to discover that the feed pipe from the outlying filter to the pump was kinked in 2 places preventing the flow of water. A simple fix with a longer pipe and I would have done it myself but the other end of the pipe is almost impossible to access without taking the housing apart. I didn't want to get into this as it would probably invalidate any warranty. On the advice of the Amazon associate we replaced the tub, he was sure it was a one of fault. It wasn't. The new one came with exactly the same fault. It went straight back.So guys let me know when you have fixed the problem.

It worked great for about a year, then the heater stopped working.

For the value….. I paid $170 something. I kept it in my cart for sometime while it was $300+ then it suddenly dropped to $170 and I pulled the trigger to by it.It’s small but perfect for our use. I’m a big guy and it fits my wife and I a cozy fine. I don’t like the fact that after you put the jets(bubbles) on you have to wait to turn them on again when they go off. It does the job for now.Easy to set up. Two days to heat up with 70 degree water used to fill it Very sturdy as well.

This hot tub is so easy to set up but I have a few problems with it. First the temp Display is almost impossible to read. The second complaint is that it has absolutely no insulation to it so it runs constantly because it does not retain heat at all. It is not something you want to install to use full time from April till November that is for sure.

Adding on to my prior post: hot tub was 104° by morning, enjoyed it in the eveni g, no complaints.Received hot tub today 09/29/23. Set up was quick & easy, filled fast, and is now heating starting at 71°. I will post again when it reaches 104°.
