It`s effective! I recommend to let your body "get a long with" it. It will start to work. Also for me there was another effect too. My sleeping quality is getting better.

I don't normally write reviews but felt that if it could help someone else, I should. Having had disturbed sleep and discomfort in my legs which has become quite extreme over the last few years, I decided there was nothing to lose in trying this. I have taken it for four days. Last night, I did not wake up once with painful restless legs, or having to get the magnesium cream out (which does help). I have had the best night's sleep for years. My varicose veins look better somehow, and even the overall appearance of my legs has improved. My knee pain seems to have improved - it was so bad I have even been to A &E twice with it over the last couple of years. My legs had started to hurt during the day too during the last few months - that is also better. So I am very thankful 🙏

Really does help control jumping legs and gives a much better nights sleep. I take for about 4 days and my legs are ok for up to a fortnight when I start taking them again. Highly recommend.

I took a chance on these given the mixed reviews. I have aching legs due to getting old and carrying rather too much weight. Tried one of those machines you put your feet on and it shakes your legs about. Zero help. Found these and they really made a difference for a month. Sadly, they’ve now stopped working so I’m back to looking for a miracle. Such a shame because when they were working, the relief was really good.

Just got these delivered today to try for painful heavy legs and feet ,but be careful I’ve just seen you shouldn’t take them if you’re on high blood pressure medication which I am and you cannot send these back so I’m stuck with tablets I cannot use 😖😖

Wow! These arrived today I took one right away and my legs feel so much lightly already, my legs feel amazing they have such a warm tingly nice feeling relaxing which I suppose is the new blood circulation! My legs felt so heavy and almost like they were tight which I thought was caused by water retention but it wasnt after all it was just from lack of blood supply! If you get achy heavy legs with restless legs I HIGHLY recommend these! I thought I'd just have to suffer but not anymore!
