Review: Great product - Easy to install and very sturdy holder. Great for small spaces too!
Review: Broken after 1 year and realised no warranty - With normal usage, this item broken after 1 year! If i can give 0 star, i will do so. It simply broke into 2 pieces after normal usage. When i wrote to Grohe Singapore and claim local warrant, guess what Grohe Singapore doesn't honour the warranty. Grohe said that the item sold by desertcart Asia Pacific Holding Pte Ltd is not covered by Grohe Singapore. To start with, this is not a cheap toilet paper holder but to my surprise desertcart Singapore is selling something that doesn't come with warranty. I feel cheated big time.
