Arrived in a timely manner. Boxed very attractively. I have used these just for my own personal use to chill a glass of wine or add to a cocktail or alcoholic drink, They perform very well if you don't want your beverage ice cold. I prefer a less cold drink so they are fine with me. I bought them to see how effective they would be in keeping by drink/wine etc. cold enough so I would not miss the watering down of the drinks using real ice. I am very pleased with the result. I never actually timed how long they stayed cold but I know it is at least an hour and in my house there is no drink that sits around for an hour or more! The tongs are useful and easily usable, however I am not sure if the stir stick actually serves a real purpose. Seems a regular stir stick or spoon would be just as effective. In my opinion these would not be a good investment for a crowd of more than three people. I would find the cost prohibitive and that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother who drinks whisky just about every night. It'll keep his drinks cold/cool without watering it down and won't add any weird tastes unlike the stones. Just make sure you WASH everything very before you use it. *Duh* When it arrived it was nicely packaged. It arrived a little late, but it's all good.

These look and feel expensive! They would make a great gift for a friend or for (cough) yourself. (Cough mother or father's day) This is one of those things that make drinking a little more special. You will feel like you are in an episode of mad men. Be careful because they are heavy. Use a substantial glass and be careful of the cup and your teeth. (Sip do not gulp)

(I’m not talking about the shipping box) the box you open before opening the plastic container holding the metal cubes was all beat up when I received it. It’s meant to be opened upwards but I could have taken the plastic container out from either sides that’s how bad it was, I had to tape them down. Obviously this isn’t how you want to present a gift to someone but it was intended for Christmas and there’s no time to return or exchange. Overall I’m very unimpressed with the quality of presentation.

I bought some other ones before, I think these are a better value and you get 2 more cubes. I don't use these for whiskey, I use them for my soda so it's not water before I drink my drink. We also use them for the beach. I have a big Tervis cup and I put 2 ice cubes then these, then 2 ice cubes on the top and that's enough to keep things really cold for 4-6 hours. I have sometimes taken an hour to fix a drink so I tip my cup upside down to get any excess water out before I pour and nothing, not even a little water comes out. Keeps everything super cold.

I've not used the 'quick' chiller wand but the 8 stainless steal 'stones' have been great. I had some plastic ones that I got from a friend years ago and there is a night/day difference. Dropping one into a glass is almost worrisome with the clunk sound as they are real solid when frozen. When it is 100degress in the house and you want to drink something chilled but not watered down then these are the real deal.

I gave these to my father as a Christmas gift. I use another brand that is similar and that I love. These had a bonus factor. Servino puts an S on each stone, which makes them monogrammed for Dad's last name, pretty nice, lol. They were purchased for cooling neat bourbon, whiskey, scotch etc without diluting with ice. One or two cubes in the glass work wonderfully for this purpose. I have never tried to cool a glass of soda pop or something. Not sure they would work well for that and it seems like it would certainly take more than one or two of them.

Gifted to my husband and he loves them! Once they are cold, they are freaking cold. Keeps his drink much cooler without the bruising of ice and looks great in his glass. Easy clean and refreeze, great gift to compliment a nice set of glasses or decanter
