Flexyfoot Standard Black Shock Absorbing Ferrule - 19mm

The tip is heavy duty and solid. It fit perfectly. The considerable effort it took to insert on my standard diameter cane indicates it probably won't come off accidentally. But I'm disappointed in how little cushioning the Flexyfoot cane tip yields when the cane hits the ground. Not nearly as much as the "LEKI Rubber Fitness Walking Tip" installed on my "LEKI Wanderfreund Single Walking Pole". The LEKI tips impart more cushioning and are lighter and less expensive but, unfortunately, they fit only the narrower diameter LEKI Pole. As advertised, the rubber bottom of the Flexyfoot Cane Tip flexes to maintain full contact with the ground when the cane is held at an angle, for better traction. I will leave the tip installed since it does impart a small amount of cushioning on cane strike, which is the primary reason I bought it.
