This knee brace is amazing. Great and comfortable knee support!!
Have never used a support before but found fitting instructions easy to follow and item comfortable to wear.I Brought this product for when I perform strength work at the gym. Specifically lifting and loaded carries etc. I have found that it offers the patella more stability which is obviously desirable and helped reduce the discomfort I was experiencing. Could also be prophylactic for those who are new to strength training and wish to avoid such pathologies such as patellofemoral pain syndrome.It works very well during excercise as it fits well and is comfortable and supportive.

I love these knee braces
I love these knee braces. They make a tremendous difference in my stability when walking or standing. I have bought others in the past that were bulkier, caused sweating and were uncomfortable. These breathe nicely and I forget that I have them on, they are so comfortable. I wear these all day as I have arthritis. Highly recommend!

Just received it.No instructions as to how to put it on.Follow the pictures in its description and the logo is upside down on the bottom, which just seems wrong.Will update after wearing for a few days
