I purchased this item because I have thinning hair which is fine and smooth. I do NOT like the common `extra thick` wig look because my hair has NEVER looked like that even when it was in its prime!This is a perfect solution. When I tried it on, it looked exactly like my own hair had returned to its best condition but NOT so thick that it made me look like my own version of Dolly Parton in the 1980s BIG HAIR days!But alas! It was just the wrong highlights. MY highlights are still shiny and bright (just thin) and the human hair in this piece had clashing highlights. In the sunlight the two together looked like a punk war on my head.Others have had the same issue and taken the time to color both their hair and the hairpiece, but I do not use a hairdresser so I carefully took it off and repacked it, basically untouched except for the try on.I submitted for a return and received the requisite `paper`work (all on the computer) and sent it back as instructed, receiving a timely and full refund.So this is a double positive review: The hair piece is perfect and so is the customer service.How can you go wrong? *unless you have BIG hair, in which case this will not work for you at all!

This hair topper is a joke! I have alopecia on the top of my head and have been wearing expensive, salon- purchased (custom) hair toppers for years. I wanted another topper to wear as my “pony tail hair” and was cautiously optimistic this one would do the trick....but when I opened the box, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was so paper thin and flimsy, I didn’t even bother taking it out of the plastic packaging. This might work if you’re just looking for a LITTLE extra hair (and I mean a LITTLE!), but if you’re looking for any extra body or coverage, this isn’t the product.

It does not work in with your hair so it looks silly and very fake sitting on top of your hair.I took it to my hair stylist to see if she could do a better job and she wasunable to do anything with it either. Complete waste of money.

The hair ferls like real hair and it clipd in nicely...However the color did not match my own and i didnt eant to bleach it so im sending back...i wish thid company made a caramel color....
