I was sceptical at first, but now I religiously take between 2-6 pills/day (2 pills 20-30 min before meals, especially meals higher in carbs; also, I take these at the same time as Sports Research Turmeric Curcumin pills [also awesome!] which contain organic coconut oil, as some type of fat or oil makes cinnamon more bioavailable!). My blood sugar levels are now PERFECT. I also use these for weight loss—in Aug of 2016, I weighed 265 lbs at 5'5" and I now have LOST 120 lbs: I'm down to 145 lbs eight months later (I'm a 34-year-old female with PCOS, an endocrine disease that predisposes you to obesity, glucose and blood sugar issues, plus a higher risk of diabetes). I'm not saying JUST the cinnamon did it: I worked my tail off with healthy eating habits, regular HIIT cardio, running and strength training—but I truly believe this Ceylon Cinnamon did IN PART contribute to my success.
