Product description Review: Complete Garbage - Missing lower corner pieces, screws, and it had parts in it that weren't on the instructions page at all, and didn't fit anywhere. And no support! Review: Poor design - Pros: decent looking product, well packaged, clear instructions, easy to assemble Cons: door measuring instructions are confusing, especially for exterior mount. My screen door did not retract properly. Return process is a pain. Slow to respond. Seller asked that I send a picture of the damaged parts of which there isn’t any. The screen simply didn’t work and I would have had to reassemble the entire door for the requested picture; I am not going to do that. No further communication so I hard to file a claim for reimbursement.

Complete Garbage

Great screen door
This is the second door that I purchased from this company. The quality is excellent. The dimensions are exactly what I had asked for. Very easy to assemble and install.

Satisfied with the size
The item fits the exact dimensions I requested, but the screen mesh does not retract properly. There is no protective barrier at the top or bottom, causing the mesh to slip out of the rail. Now that it has been pushed, the material is permanently deformed. Please let me know how we can resolve this.

Easy to install,good and fit when tailor made. Bougut 2 already and well fit.
