It came in a box. Not a display box. Just a plain box. No instructions and the cord was just rubber band tied together. Honestly I thought it was used or something. BUT.....let's get to the good part....it works well for small spaces. The fan has two settings as well as the heater. Low and high. And obviously off .I use this in our bedroom which is pretty large and it keeps air flowing ok. The heater works well. When we keep the door closed. It's a nice feature to have two in one. No more need of a separate heater and fan.Our winters are pretty brutal. And that's why this fan works for us. If we keep the bedroom door closed and heater on it warms up nicely. And if we need a quick cool down we just switch it to fan and open the bedroom door. Saves on heating the whole house and keeps our bill lower.It has a tip button on the bottom that must be level or at least pressed in on something. Preventing it from staying on if it's accidentally tipped over.One really small niche complaint. I'm sure is maybe just us. But as our power goes out often in winter and sometimes in summer. The reason we got this to begin with. Just in case. But now we use it everyday. And nothing with the fan/ heater combo itself. But to run this in heater mode you will need at least a 1000wh battery backup. It draws a good amount when on. So we needed to upgrade to just use this in case of emergency. I'm sure this is common with most things. Was there a benefit to finding this out.....YES....As we never thought about having a backup power supply for our other things. Refrigerator mostly. Other than a smelly generator , gas and oil and running cables outside through a window...but now we don't need to use the smelly generator for short term power outages....we just pull out the battery backup and we're good to go for at least a few days....So a positive there....Overall a good product. Works well so far and happy to not have to switch back and forth seperste heater and fan.....now it's just the turn of a dial. And it super portable to carry around the house if need be.

Heater works fine but as I’m typing this while I’m at work the heater caused an outage . Like everything turned off the power went out . Now I cannot use this heater at work unfortunately. Anyone have any advices on how I can prevent from this happening again this heater is a good heater

i bought this since i have a closet for an office and it is not air conditioned or heated, and zero air circulation. i got to use it for about 2 weeks before i quite my job abd it did alright. i do not feel the air if u put it straight on aiming at u, u have to turn it a bit to get the edge of the draft, and it is not a very strong draft even when turned to high. i never did get the chance to use the heater part but from when i tried the heater part i could tell it would be pretty good in the enclosed room i was in. as for the safety feature, all tht consists of a button on the bottom of the fan. as long as the fan is sitting on the button the fan works. if the fan falls over then the fan stops working. i do like this feature and it did work great. if u use this in an office with ac and just need a little extra air then i suggest this, but if u need a lot mpre like i needed then go with something bigger. this is only like 6 inches tall. other then that enjoyed the little bit of tome i had woth this fan.

I bought this product july 2021. I have used it every single day for over 8 hours daily. It’s now march 2023 and I can not believe it still works. I absolutely love it. I literally can not sleep if it is not on. If the temperature of my bedroom is good I just keep it on the low cool setting because I love the white noise. The high heat setting is pretty strong. The low heat setting is perfect and my bedroom is pretty small so it heats it up really fast. I can not even tell you how wonderful this product is and how much it means to me. Seriously.
