Does this come in a different flavor? My child doesn't like strawberry flavor.

Thank you for your question! We have another formula, PRO-Dental, that is very similar to PRO-Kids ENT and comes in a natural mint flavor. You can find it here:https://www.amazon.com/PRO-Dental-Probiotics-Probiotic-Including-salivarius/dp/B00ONB9JIG

What exactly was added or done to make this product considered "ent"?

Thank you for your question, our targeted strains work to support the flora in the oral cavity and allow room for the good bacteria to thrive.

Are at least 1bn cfu's from the k12? this appears to be the effective dose in the one clinical trial i have found

Thank you for your question! We actually measure our BLIS strains in mg rather than in CFU. PRO-Kids ENT has 20mg of BLIS K12 and M18 with a higher concentration of K12. 20mg of BLIS is approximately 1 billion CFU.

Do these contain any kind of gelatin ?

Thank you for your question! Our formulas are completely gelatin free.
