The product was received on time but when we opened the packet the light was not turning ON. We requested a replacement but it was not applicable for this item. Hence we initiated service call on DIGITEK mail id and got instant response from the team. We sent them the item to their Delhi address (yes, we paid for the courier) and they do the repair work and send back the light (yes, they paid the courier charges). The whole process was done so fast and they ware so responsive on mail. At the end, the light is working and we are happy with the DIGITEK.

The ring light works well and delivers consistent brightness with good control over color temperature and intensity. It is suitable for content creation, video calls, and photography, and overall performance meets expectations. However, the carry bag quality is quite poor. The zip failed very quickly, which is disappointing for a product meant to be portable. The bag does not match the quality of the light itself. Overall, the ring light is good, but the accessories, especially the bag, need improvement.
