Exactly what I wanted
Worked as advertised, I'm quite impressed with how well it works considering how low it's priced

Probably works, that's about it.
Am I missing something? I bought this for my cubicle so I could charge Eneloops for my Bose noise canceling headphones and after just 1 use, I am considering getting something else. A list of grievances in order of appearance:-Other reviews mention the cheapness, but they don't mention just how cheap feeling it is. The blister packaging it came in feels sturdier than the charger itself-The plug cap doesn't fit onto the back for safekeeping once removed. Why?-You have to really force the battery in. It's a tight fit-There's nothing to indicate whether it's actually charging once you plug it into a USB port. The LED strip blinks red a few times, then shuts off, never to return to life, unless you unplug and replug it in. You would think that this would be a charge state indicator that fills up as the batteries charge, but no.-The button that is at the base of the LED strip that says USB is not a button. It does nothing.-It's impossible to remove the battery without a lever to pry it out. I ended up denting my battery in doing this and will probably have to toss it.-I doubt that there's any smart charging circuitry to automatically stop charging given that they don't advertise any. This, combined with the lack of charging progress indicator is going to greatly shorten the operating lifespan of your batteries in the long run.Yes, it's less than $10, but for just a few bucks more, you can get a legitimate charger with smart circuitry that doesn't feel like a happy meal toy. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it does charge a battery as advertised. But that's about all it does.

These work as advertised but seem to be cheaply made as the metal rings on the sides have fallen off and they flex quite a bit when inserting the batteries.
