It blows air...
the product works in the frame of it blows cooler than outside air but by no means is it COLD or feels like an A/C. It's just cool air. It is fairly noisy so sitting on the sideline of a soccer game is suitable but if you needed to be quiet, I wouldn't use it. And it's not that great. I kept it for my grandbaby to keep them cooler than the rest of us but it's not helpful in the grand scheme of things.

Arrived without the 3 ice packs that are supposed to be included.

Item did not have charging cord or directions
This item was not boxed nor did it have a charging cord or directions. It looked like a returned that was unsatisfactory. Very disappointing that this item was sent in that condition.

The fan is very low, it doesn't cool at all even with ice or the ice rounds.
