Working like a charm
Updating after 30 days: My Doberman is ok now. He is still growing his fur back but the demodicosis is no longer visible. The vet told me to keep on giving Simparica for a few more months. I'm so thankful to this medicine. Because my Oreo was really suffering and now, after almost 8-9 months, he is back to his old naughty self. (Old review) My Doberman puppy has been suffering from a very bad case of demodicosis for almost 8 months. I have taken him to 3 different vets but it just kept getting worse. He was so miserable and the vets that saw him kept insisting he had allergies without even touching him or getting skin scrapes. Finally, a 4th vet (along with 2 of his vet colleagues) took a look at my Doberman and prescribed Simparica (one tab every 30 days) plus a special shampoo, antibiotics, and dipping solution. After just one tablet of Simparica, his itching has lessened considerably. I will wait for a month or two then update this review. But, many of my friends from abroad have told me that Simparica really works against fleas, ticks, and even demodex mites.
