Do not take with water and avoid water at least 10 minutes after taking this product.Ingredients are as follows: Copovidone (tablet binder used for time release), crospovidone (used to disintegrate medication, Anas Barbariae - product derived from heart & liver of wild duck but is diluted repeatedly until no molecules of duck are detected - used to improve airway inflammation, magnesium stearate - used to keep the particles separated to use as independent agents in a tablet or capsule, etc.This product is approved as a homeopathic remedy for cold & flu symptoms. It shortens the length of symptoms.Along with rest & hydration, this is probably allowing most cold & flu symptoms to naturally run their course. Does it help? No really sure, as I have not been ill and cannot test it. I have consumed two of the tablets and have had no adverse side effects.Buyer beware, but product is safe.
