It Works Great A Must Have
Everyone should have one, the card works great, without the bracelet that you can buy with it. I set up the account, put my info in. The number works great if you just type it in and the NFC function works also. You have to open the browser on your phone and tap it in on the left side, it then asks if you want to connect to Health ID, you say "yes" and your profile shows up. I got one for my husband also, who is not a techie and it works every time, just remember to open your browser on the phone first.

Who checks it?
I do not have this product but I did talk to an AMR ambulance first responders crew on standby in my local Safeway lot. They said they DO NOT check anything except bracelets. I'll be checking at a local hospital emergency admissions next. Luck to all.

I need help! Here is my information
I carry the wallet card and wear the wrist band. My only complaint is with the wrist band. The studs that connect the band together can break loose. On the positive side, customer support has been great with the problem.

Won't recommend
I bought this several years ago and have been able to update my information until recent. I can't seem to find it and have used/tried different devices and web browsers. I am going to have to invest in something else now.

and it's easily explained in the info we added to the card
This works flawlessly for my son. He wears s bracelet that has some emergency info and says SEE WALLET CARD. The card opens right up to his info with a NFC enabled device and also works with the website and code. He suffers from a disease that requires a specific test to rule out a deadly condition, and it's easily explained in the info we added to the card.

NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!
I bought a wristband and a card and signed up. But the wristband was poorly made and fell apart a few months after I bought it. I have tried to buy another but the part of healthID.com (SHOP NOW) where they have items for order is down for the count. It is unavailable and has been for months. That also means they cannot attract new customers as you are required to have a device to register. I emailed them on 1 January 2019 about the store problem and I got the automated reply stating they rec'd my email and will answer shortly. It has been over a month and no answer. This leads me to believe that they are no longer functioning as a business and that when their prepaid time runs out, their website will disappear. I hope my personal health information will also disappear an not be sold to the highest bidder.UPDATE: It is now May 8th, 2019. No answer to my emails from HealthID so I must assume they are no longer in business. The website for the health information is still up but for how long I cannot guess.

Useful
The "tap" feature doesn't work for all cell phones, however the code on the card works well.
