Q: How comfortable are these for those of us who wear glasses?

Fantastic eye relief. As good as it gets. I wear glasses and chose the Frontier ED X for that reason. Note that the 8x42 will give better results with glasses than the 10x42.

Q: What are the dimensions, product description says 10.2 inches, x 7.4 x 3.8?

I’m not sure what you are talking about , but the Frontier ED X when placed on a flat surface standing up with glass covers in place are 6 inches tall , fully opened 5 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches thick. Hope this helps.
