Pain & swelling was gone, noticeable varicose veins went down & some vanished, I could move freely again...so I stopped taking them haha. That's how I know & say they work, because inside a month my legs were reversing hard to pain & swelling, and after 4 weeks of taking it again they are back to mostly normal.
