My Hba1c is 8.4% as per 10 days back report. Insulin resistance is my biggest problem. Last week I started taking Chromium picolinate and Cinnamon extract and last 3 days my sugar level is dropping to 70mg/dL. I'm extremely happy that after trying so many things, this is working.
