Do you have to put water the in the paint?. I’ve seen that brown is described as 1:8 or 1:12.

I just mixed some paint and water separately until I liked the shade of brown.

Mine didnt come with glue. Could anyone reccomend some?

You just need a good craft glue that dries clear

Do you have to paint all the pieces

You could paint the pieces they tell you or put your own style on the house.
