No more bad hair days! These are the best bargain on the market! There is a bit of a learning curve. Although they are supposedly meant for thick hair, I have fine, fairly thin hair. They work great! Just put more distance between the 2 combs when you insert them. Step one: Twist your hair UPWARD into a roll in the back. Holding the roll in place with one hand, insert the first comb with the other, then switch hands and stretch the comb across to the other side. Once again, greater distance is needed for thinner hair. (The combs slide closer holding your hair. I give them as spontaneous gifts. Strangers stop me to ask where I got them.

Product was better than anticipated. I have thigh length, thick, curly hair (think Merida from "Brave") and it held very well. Very pretty.

Don’t pull your hair out

I have really thick and curly hair, so getting hair accessories is a bit difficult for me. Clips and barrettes don't hold enough hair, elastic bands either snap or pull too tight and headbands aren't nearly enough to keep my hair under control. These are perfect. They go with everything, all the time and are very versatile.It only takes about thirty seconds with this to do a neat and professional looking twist for work. The combs go in easily and quickly, they hold firmly and well, and the curve is comfortable even if you lean your head back on something. It holds without shifting or slipping for more than 13 hours with no extra pins or retouching required and no product of any kind applied. It does attractive twists, just pulls your hair out of your face, and even does a pony tail in about the same amount of time. This hairpiece has been a miracle for me and I get as many as I can afford.

They slide around a lot because the actual prongs and main piece material are not wood, they only look like it. They bend easily and aren’t super sturdy unless you kind of weave the prongs together but get the job done. They are lighter so that doesn’t weigh you down.I wouldn’t buy them again or gift them.

An ad for a similar product had popped up when I was on Instagram yesterday and I was intrigued. As always, I headed to Amazon to see if I could get a better deal on some butterfly combs. As you've probably seen, there were several options from which to choose. However, being an impatient person, I wanted some that qualified for same-day shipping and I kept coming back to these.I was uncomfortable with the fact that I wouldn't be able to choose the styles I preferred. Apparently, they send a random assortment and your fate is in the hands of the auto-pickers, but I figured if I got at least 2 or 3 that I liked, it'd be worth the cost. Plus, most of the other reviews seemed positive so I hit "add to cart".I came home today from a round of golf and was anxious to get the combs that had been delivered an hour earlier. Having watched a few videos the day before on how to achieve different styles, I couldn't wait to try them out. My hair is fairly thick, long and naturally wavy (bordering on curly) and I tend to spend a lot of time fighting Mother Nature by straightening it or opt for a quick ponytail. The idea of another time saving option, a happy medium, was exciting.As luck would have it, I was very pleased the the random assortment that had been sent. All five combs were ones I would've picked out myself. Granted, they were all black or brown based, but that's my personal preference. I suppose if I had wanted one or two cream colored combs, I might have been disappointed. But I digress....I rushed to the vanity mirror, removed my golf visor and took out my ponytail. Since I was already slightly familiar with the directions, in just 30 seconds I was able to fashion my hair into a simple, Cinderella-like bun. As you can tell from my pictures, there's room for improvement where technique is concerned but I was really happy with it even looking like that with such minimal effort.The combs feel pretty sturdy and are surprisingly comfortable. They don't hurt my scalp and have held in place for the last several hours while I was doing chores. I can't speak for how long they'll last but I'm pretty confident that if I don't abuse them, I'll get more than my money's worth of use out of them.I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to try new styles when I have a little more time to work with these combs. It's great to have more options for my finicky hair. If you like a majority of the designs that are pictured above, chances are you'll be pleased with these, too.

Get so many compliments

I bought these four years ago and have used them everyday. They needed replacing as the elastics had finally stretched out, so I ordered the same ones again and was not disappointed! They keep my long hair secure and comfortable and look great! The price is right too!

Works great for my mothers hair as I bought them as a gift. Only thing is is if your hair is silky they tend to slide out once in awhile

Pésimo. Son de calidad mucho más baja de lo que se percibe en la imagen. Tardaron mucho en llegar y llegaron rotos. Para colmo, el vendedor no se hizo responsable y no admitieron la devolución. Lamentable. Es un robo disfrazado de venta. Luego además nos enteramos de que los encuentras de mejor calidad, más variedad y mejor precio en otros sitios. Ahórrate el disgusto. No malgastes tu tiempo y dinero.
