Aged Italian Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar Gourmet Salad Dressing Marinade Dipping Sauce

Nothing bad to say. This balsamic vinegar is the best. I used to buy it at our Farmers Market, but the company quit selling at ours.I am so happy to find it here. It costs quite a bit, but because it has so much more flavor ( and better flavor) than the cheaper vinegars. I use less for each serving.

This is my all time favorite basalmic. The flavor outweighs the acid, probably because it is REAL vinegar, not from grape must. I could drink the stuff.

This is the best Balsamic vinegar money can buy ... and we're talking LOTS of money. Their pricing is going up. TOO MUCH for wha you get, but it is almost a desert topping its so darn yummy. Don't care for the flavored varieties (nice way to hide a younger vinegar behind flavorings), but the original Balsamic formula is as good as it gets. I actually originally found this by following a smell ... coming from a retailer's stand that was selling it, in the Pike Place Market in Seattle. It is THAT good!

Have been ordering this Bistro Blends Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar for years and sometime lucky to find it in a local farmers market. Always excellent, perfect flavor, stands on its own.

Actually tasted like the Fig one instead of just Balsamic. I have bought this before and it was different.

I’ve used this brand of balsamic vinegar since early 2000s. A bit pricey then, but worth $32/bottle. BUT NOW?!!! HELL NO!

This stuff is so thick and delicious, never had a better one.

Great vinegar and my go to for just about everything.
