**Q: Is it latex free and bpa free?**
A: SOVA Night Guard does NOT contain bpa, bps, phthalates, latex, acrylic, or pvc.

**Q: Can this be used for kids, ages 10-12?**
A: I would say if the grinding is bothering a child that age enough to tell his folks , I would say give it a try.  My son started with his when he was 12....

**Q: Are these hard like rocks when set, or are they kind of soft, rubbery?**
A: They are hard once set but they are very comfortable. They are thinner than regular night guards. Also, once you have set the guard to your needs the “hardness” is barely noticeable. I would think a soft night guard would get munched up pretty quickly if your a grinder.
 This is by far the best night guard out there….

**Q: how long does it last?**
A: Thanks for asking! As the answers below indicate, there are a lot of variables to consider. The guard will get yellow, and many will choose to replace it at that time. You can expect around 4-10 months, (or longer) of use. Please read the care instructions for cleaning.
