Does the job
I purchased this around a month before my Ladakh trip as I wanted to work on my respiratory system. This does the job well. You need to practice both inhale and exhale with this atleast with 10 reps 4 times a day. Body is plastic but feels quite sturdy to use. Looks like it will last a lifetime on regular use.
