the actual size is much smaller than mentioned on the product page... its 31cms(w) x 23cms(h) x 10cms(sides)while the mentioned size is 38cms(w) x 28cms(h) x 11cms(sides)it will be useless for me as my contents wont fit into this small size :-(

Manufacturer defect went unnoticed at first sight
Unfortunately I did not check the bag closely (to all the stitches) as it was looking alright and the return window has also closed now. The defect was noticed only today we wanted to use it for the first time.
