As a fever reducer and pain reliever, of course it works. But the real reason for the five star rating is the flavor and easy to administer.

This is a very cost-effective alternative if you have a need for higher volumes of liquid acetaminophen, such as with an adult with enterally administered medications (via feeding tube), where buying tiny bottles of children's Tylenol will cost you a fortune. I've been very pleased with this formulation and also wanted to note that for those administering via J tubes rather than G tubes, this does not have any ingredients that cause burning sensations upon administration (many J tubers are familiar with the burn of anything with a high alcohol content such as nyquil). Although this is safe and indeed labeled for oral administration, please note that it is completely unflavored and tastes no better than sucking on an uncoated tylenol or aspirin tablet. As such, I wouldn't really recommend it for oral administration unless you are absolutely bound by financial constraints or the person receiving the medication has no sense of smell and taste.

This liquid pain relief works well. Usually comes in a timely manner. Our son has a feeding tube, so this liquid option works best.

It works fast as far as absorption! Taste is typical for liquid medicine. Easy to use, pain gone within 30 minutes. Wish it was bigger with more “servings”.

Horrible taste , huge bottle

I had a toothache and was using those powdered aspirin packets which helped some but I was concerned with using aspirin so often. I like acetaminophen but didn’t like taking the pills, and the liquid acetaminophen seemed to be all children’s formula. I finally searched Amazon for liquid pain relief and was thrilled to find this product and for a good reasonable price too. In my experience taking it for a few days. One dose daily in the morning is all I have been doing and it works quickly for me and seems to last for a few hours. Or it lasts long enough to get busy and forget about your discomfort. LoL. Overall I am happy I found this and will definitely keep some on hand. Taste is not bad, it has a sweet tongue numbing medicine taste that isn’t bad. Very tolerable I’d say for us adults. One thing I noticed is this 16oz regular strength bottle says 160mg acetaminophen in each 5ml so to take roughly 500mg you need to take 15ml (480mg) and this 16oz bottle is $9.99. Now the extra strength bottle is only 8oz for $9.99 and it reads 500mg per15ml which is just about the same. So the better value is this one. Look at the details in each product and make your choice that’s best for you. I’m very happy with my purchase and overall experience buying this pain relief product.
