I loved the idea of a double borcillic glass mug that allows your teas to stay hot longer. Only mine came with a small hole on the bottom. I thought that was just a small imperfection. The more I used the mug I noticed when it was dry it would always have some condensation and now I get soapy water trapped between the double glass. I ordered this product almost a year ago, I really like it but not in this condition. I plan to reach out to the seller for a refund or replacement.

This tea maker is perfect for my night time relaxing tea brewing needs. The infuser is perfect for my herbs and doesn't allow any residual bits to get through. The double wall cup keeps the tea hot but is barely warm to the touch on the outside.

Definitely one of my best Amazon buys ever!!! These cups are light. I was skeptical until i brewed a cup or Guayusa. OMG, they strain so nicely and drain well with lots of room for expansion and immersion in the water. Way better than a press. Press is better for chamomile. It keeps the water warm for longer than a traditional mug, no matter how heavy the mug. I use the lid to cover it and keep it hot. This works outside in the cool just as effectively. Amazing. Buy two!

Perfect for making tea

Great mug, perfect for chamomile night routine. I tear open fine chamomile bags in the filter and pour boiling water. Fine pieces do end up in the tea, maybe the filter holes could be a tad smaller. Nevertheless, the double wall insulation provides great thermal insulation against the heat, despite having a very hot cup of tea in my hands. I basically enjoy the mild warmth it gives my hands while I hold the cup to smell the warmth. The glass cup also shows the beautiful color of the tea.

This is my favorite cup now. I have other clear cups and they all have glass infusers. They are nice but I really prefer the metal one that comes with this cup. I never have any thing floating in my tea. The cup is perfectly balanced between insulated and still comfortable to hold in hand. Most of my insulated glass cups have to thick of an air space this one is just thick enough to do the job while not being to bulky to hold comfortably.

This has become my favorite cup over 3 months of near daily use. Easy to hold, insulates the tea well, and looks stunning. The brand really stands behind their products, too. 3 months into ownership I had a minor issue with the strainer and they shipped me a new one.

Never spent £19 on a mug before but this is something a little special. Thought I'd give fruit tea a try after walking into a Whitards and talking to the tea specialist in there. Looked around for a suitable infuser, thought about at tea glass tea pot etc, then cam across this mug. Really glad I discovered this. Really nice quality, very strong feel to the glass even though it looks and sounds delicate but pretty solid to be honest. The infuser is good, let's a tiny bit of the most powdery bits through but to be fair I'm using fruit tea from M&S and cutting the tea bags open to infuse, cheaper than buying other loose teas. Not a problem at all. Word of advice don't start rubbing your finger round the inside of the infuser, it's well made but the metal has some tiny sharp bits which your going to get with a fine filter. Perfect brew every time, perfect amount for me every time with this mug size drink. The glass lid is a bit of genius to be fare, keeps tea even warmer once you remove the infuser just pop it back on and take your drink. The double wall glass is amazing, keeps the drink hot for ages and never let's the outside of the glass get anything but warm. With the addition of the glass lid you got a hot drink for some time. Overall well worth the money for me, im really enjoying trying different fruit tea and there's something relaxing about the process of brewing loose tea this way. Do yourself a favour and get one, well worth the money

Questa tazza è veramente molto bella ed è di ottima qualità. Il filtro ha dei fori microscopici che evitano il passaggio delle foglie nell'infuso. Il vetro è cristallino e grazie alla doppia intercapedine conserva il calore all'interno, mentre la tazza esternamente è solo tiepida. L'unico problema è che l'insieme dà l'impressione di una estrema fragilità data la sottigliezza del vetro, ma probabilmente la tazza è più robusta di quel che sembra. Prodotto un pò caro ma top.

cute! Encourages me to steep my own tea which is cheaper and healthier too. I just grated ginger and let it steep in the infuser. Minutes later I'm enjoying home made ginger tea!
