How long did this take for you to see a difference in your cat not scratching as much?

It didn't work at all. Still need to have injection at vets every few months.

Is this supposed to smell like rotting vegetation?

I can't smell anything, just a few drops on the food , it does help itching.

How many drops are there in a bottle?

Not sure but we've been using 10 drops a day for months and it's barely gone down. Definitely good value
